2. Listings

Sellers and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. North Estate is a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between users.

3. User conduct

No fraud, spam, harassment, or illegal content. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Fees

Basic listings are free. Optional featured boosts are paid and non-refundable once activated.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
